New believers need guidance in establishing their relationship with God and others. Living in communities of grace and truth enables them to discover and define who they are and how they should live to bring
pleasure to God.

Becoming disciples of Jesus begins a lifelong transformation process and pursuit of Christlikeness. Believers, with the help of the Holy Spirit’s presence and power will engage in spiritual disciplines that will profoundly effect their character, behavior, and decision-making process.

Transformation requires tools and support to help believers be equipped for service and find their place of ministry in the body of Christ.

By the power of God’s Holy Spirit, believers can experience new life and anointing of power that will result in a transformation of their whole being resulting in healing, forgiveness, and freedom increasing their influence among their family, friends, church, and community.

One of the most basic commands and perhaps one of the greatest privileges we have from Christ is that we "make disciples"

Matthew 28:19-20. How do we determine and measures a churches success? Is it the number of people converted, people attending Sunday service, people serving in the church or people who faithfully give financially? Although these are important factors and should be measured, I ask also that we not neglect the value and measurement that includes transformed lives. Without that measurement, we are no more than a carousel with bright lights, loud music with people going nowhere fast but in circles. We are called to make disciples, not encourage and promote a complacent people. Be obedient and be an active part of making disciples by first being discipled.
