Transform Discipleship graduates are part of a community of believers and are committed to making disciples and to be an active part of the fulfillment of the Great Commission. The bond that exists among our Alumni is characterized by unconditional love and encouragement to live, serve and love our Lord, Jesus! The Alumni Department of Transform exists to foster the family-community relationships and to encourage support of our vision and ministry of disciple-making. Our prayer is that this Alumni page may serve as a resource for the alumnus to keep in touch and view upcoming events and news.
Transform Discipleship Provides and Celebrates Each Graduating Class of Devoted Disciples
Transform Discipleship, a ministry that is devoted to making disciples, has graduated eight classes of people who have committed themselves to honoring Jesus Christ by making other disciples. Currently we are looking to see more from the Grandy Church in NC & The Lomontville AG Church in NY.
