OUR FACULTY
Rev. John Ogden Level 1, 2, 3, and 4 - Discipler / Teacher / Mentor / Founder of Transform Discipleship
John is originally from Montreal, Canada and is a graduate of the class of 1994 from Zion Bible Institute. An ordained minister of the Assemblies of God, John has a deep passion for disciple-making and mentoring people in their relationship with Christ. With over 27 years in ministry, he brings with him a well-rounded scope of experience from serving as a children's and youth pastor, associate pastor, lead pastor, also served on the New York District presbytery, and recently served as interim pastor for 2 years at Lomontville AG in Lomontville NY. Presently John serves as the Lead Pastor at Grandy Community Church / Assembly of God, Grandy NC.
John is married 32 years to his wife Joanna and has 3 children, Natalie, Johnny, and Nathan.

Our Mentors are several people from our church family
One of the highlights of our Transform Graduation is when those from level one advance to level 2. But the greater highlight is being matched up with their mentor (if available). Yes, mentor and mentee will then commit to a 12 week study of the person, character, life and ministry of Jesus.
